Storage Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Warehouse Equipment Implementation to lead the operational execution of our Warehouse Equipment business.

The role oversees Project Management, Project Coordination, and Estimating, ensuring strong financial performance and customer satisfaction across Westfield, IN or Kansas City, MO. The position focuses on building high-performing teams, refining processes, and driving improvements throughout the implementation lifecycle, partnering with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in material handling or related implementation environments.
• Experience leading multi-level organizations with multiple direct reports.
• Proven success overseeing project implementation and operational execution for customers.
• Strong understanding of warehouse equipment implementation, project lifecycles, and estimating principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Project Management, Project Coordination, and Estimating teams.
• Drive accountability for project schedules, estimating accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary escalation point for major project challenges and operational issues.
• Establish KPIs and performance expectations aligned with objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other teams across the project lifecycle.
