Storage Solutions seeks a Senior Director of Warehouse Equipment Implementation to lead the operational execution of our warehouse equipment portfolio in Kansas City, MO or Westfield, IN. This executive role oversees PM, project coordination, and estimating to ensure strong project delivery and financial performance.

You will build high-performing teams, improve processes, and align cross-functional priorities with business objectives while driving customer satisfaction and scalable growth

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience within material handling, warehouse equipment, industrial systems, construction, automation, or related implementation environments.
• Proven success overseeing project implementation and operational execution teams in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse equipment implementation, project lifecycles, installation practices, estimating principles, and customer delivery expectations.
• Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or change management certifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Project Management, Project Coordination, and Estimating teams.
• Drive accountability for project schedules, execution quality, estimating accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for significant project challenges, customer concerns, and operational issues.
• Establish departmental goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance expectations aligned with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Drafting & Design, and Permitting & Licensing to ensure effective coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with the Vice President of Warehouse Equipment Implementation to identify operational risks, address execution challenges, and implement strategic improvements.
