Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited school is required.
• Experience leading strategic or commercial initiatives in healthcare.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. Vision Care professional strategy and annual priorities.
• Translate insights into education, engagement initiatives, and commercial opportunities.
• Build relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and professional associations.
