The role requires strategic leadership, market insight, and strong stakeholder management to translate insights into programs and commercial opportunities for eye care professionals and patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, life sciences, or a related field.
• 6+ years with significant leadership experience within vision care, eye health, medical device, pharmaceutical, or related healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. optometric and broader eye care landscape, including needs of eye care professionals and patients.
• Experience leading strategic or commercial initiatives and delivering measurable business results.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic and commercial voice for professional engagement within the U.S. Vision Care organization.
• Translate professional insights and market trends into actionable programs and engagement initiatives.
• Build relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, key opinion leaders, and professional associations.
• Partner with Professional Affairs, Marketing, Sales, and Medical Affairs to align strategies with customer needs.
• Represent U.S. Vision Care at industry meetings, advisory boards, and professional events.
• Translate clinical insights and trends into commercial opportunities.
