Job summary

Bausch + Lomb seeks aHead of Professional Strategy, U.S. Vision Care, reporting to the VP & GM. This role drives professional strategy with KPIs and engages eye care professionals through programs, education, and partnerships to grow the U.S. Vision Care business.

The candidate will translate clinical insights into commercial opportunities, lead cross-functional collaboration, and influence senior stakeholders in a complex matrix. Remote options in the US are available.

Qualifications

OD degree required; 10+ years in vision care leadership or related healthcare environment.
Strong understanding of U.S. optometry landscape and stakeholders.
Experience leading strategic or commercial initiatives with measurable results.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders in a complex matrix.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior clinical and commercial voice within U.S. Vision Care.
Lead professional strategy with annual priorities, OKRs, and KPIs.
Translate insights into programs, education, and engagement initiatives.
Build relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and key leaders.
Partner across functions to ground strategies in needs of professionals and patients.
Represent U.S. Vision Care at industry meetings and advisory boards.
Oversee educational programs, congresses, and speaker initiatives.
Turn clinical insights into actionable commercial opportunities.
