PTR Tennis seeks a seasoned Director of Tennis to join its senior management team and own operations across three centers in Austin. This executive role drives strategic growth, performance and accountability, partnering with ownership to remove daily management overhead.

You will lead a 50+ staff, design SOPs, manage city contracts, optimize revenue across programs and bookings, and elevate guest experience while maintaining brand standards and fiscal health.

Competenze

• 5–10 years of progressive management experience leading large teams (20+ staff; 30+ across sites preferred).
• Executive-level written and verbal communication across staff, municipalities, and ownership.
• Experience managing facility P&Ls, city/municipal contracts, and operating budgets.

Mansioni

• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and offboarding for 3 locations.
• Manage location budgets, revenue drivers, labor costs, and profitability across programs and bookings.
• Manage city contracts, maintain compliance, and uphold brand standards across all facilities.
