Job summary

RippnerTennis LLC in Austin seeks a seasoned Director of Tennis to assume executive ownership of three centers. You will lead operations, financial performance, and city contract relationships while directing a 50+ person team and delivering measurable growth across all programs.

Responsibilities

Lead hiring, onboarding, training, evaluations, and offboarding for all staff across 3 locations.
Design, implement, and enforce SOPs to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
Manage location budgets, revenue drivers, labor costs, and profitability across all programs.
Manage city/municipal contracts and partnerships, ensuring compliance and strong relations.
Maintain high facility standards and guest satisfaction across all centers.
