Instant Impact is seeking an experienced Strategic Supplier Partnerships Director to develop and strengthen executive-level partnerships across the corrugated packaging, paperboard, and retail display industries in the United States.

This highly strategic, relationship-driven role focuses on building executive-level partnerships, driving commercial collaboration, improving supplier performance, and supporting long-term growth.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or commercial leadership.
• Strong track record in building executive-level supplier relationships.
• Experience with packaging manufacturing environments and related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior executives across corrugated packaging, paperboard, folding cartons, and retail display suppliers.
• Develop and execute supplier partnership strategies aligned with commercial objectives and growth.
• Lead supplier engagement during new business implementations, operational transitions, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with procurement, category management, commercial, and operations teams to strengthen partnerships and support objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiencies, service levels, product quality, and supplier performance.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions, joint business planning, and resolution of complex supplier or commercial challenges.
