Job summary

Impact Environmental Group is seeking a Director, Global Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain in Chicago to lead a transition to a strategic sourcing model and to expand the supplier base across the US and globally. The role oversees NA purchasing, planning, and inventory while driving cost savings and risk management during growth and PE-backed integration.

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain/procurement experience in manufacturing
• Proven leadership in strategic sourcing or category management
• Experience with supplier development and dual-/regional-sourcing strategies

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-year strategic sourcing roadmap
• Lead supplier rationalization and on-boarding of new partners
• Oversee North American purchasing, planning, and inventory management
• Lead integration of supply chains for acquisitions and post-merger synergy capture
• Develop supplier scorecards and SRM cadence with clear metrics
