iMPact Business Group seeks a Director of Strategic Sourcing to lead global spend strategy, supplier development, and cost optimization across a complex manufacturing landscape.

You will drive enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives, develop and monitor KPIs, and collaborate with legal, sales, and marketing to align launches with demand forecasts. A data-driven leader will guide cross-functional teams toward significant savings and supplier performance improvements.

Formación

• 15 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, including strategic sourcing and global sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient with ERP systems and data analytics tools.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking aligned with business objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global spend strategy and supplier development initiatives across Purchasing, Sourcing, and Supply Management Analytics.
• Drive cost optimization and measurable savings for direct and indirect spend.
• Oversee contract negotiations, supplier quality systems, and KPI scorecards.
• Use Oracle Supplier Portal and Power BI dashboards to monitor spend, performance, and savings.
• Coordinate nearshoring and onshoring projects and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Coach and develop global teams in a matrix organization and ensure delivery of the Value Creation Plan.
