Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Executive Director in Commercial Banking Payments to lead solutioning across client segments and deliver value through complex payment solutions.

You will partner with Sales to identify market opportunities and guide product roadmaps in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role requires deep payments knowledge, C-level engagement, and a track record of turning client needs into mandated business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Treasury, Cash Management, or tech product roles with focus on Treasury/Finance.
• Strong knowledge of wholesale payments products and core payables/digital channels.
• Familiarity with ERP/TMS platforms and SAP/Oracle ERP variants in finance/treasury context.
• Excellent executive-level presentation skills for consultative selling at the C-level.
• Ability to translate client needs into mandated business value via solution-based selling.
• Proven capability to identify and drive development of new business with coverage teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning and adoption of client-facing products and configuration of optimal solutions.
• Serve as a SME on defined products with deep understanding of client needs and trends.
• Support Sales in pricing, pipeline and account planning; train teams on product knowledge.
• Engage with clients to understand pain points and relay feedback to Product teams for roadmaps.
• Act as SME across core payables and digital channels, including API, host-to-host, SWIFT, and mobile.
• Enable sales partners; drive engagement and solutioning for complex opportunities.
• Support integration for global and regional cash services, advising clients and collecting requirements.
• Provide market feedback to Product Managers on new functionality and competitive landscape.
