JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Director in Global Payments to lead customer-centric development and shape the payments landscape through strategic vision and cross-functional leadership.

You will drive roadmaps, governance, and delivery of complex initiatives while collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure growth and competitive differentiation in payments and cash management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering products or technology with a payments focus.
• Knowledge of Payments and Transaction Banking industries.
• Knowledge of the product life cycle, technical design, data analytics, and governance.
• Influence and drive adoption of key lifecycle activities using data.
• Experience driving change and managing stakeholders across functions.
• Exceptional leadership to deliver products from conception to launch.
• Excellent communication across audiences.
• Deep knowledge of payments, cash management, liquidity and receivables.
• Experience with agile and iterative development starting with design thinking.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on management of the product roadmap, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets for Access experiences using data to support decisions.
• Leads lifecycle governance with budgeting, planning, execution, and future development to support growth.
• Influences global senior stakeholders across the payments ecosystem, driving change in matrixed organizations.
• Establishes strong product governance frameworks and ensures compliance across teams.
• Drives successful delivery of complex initiatives using project management methodologies.
• Owns product performance and invests in enhancements to achieve objectives.
• Monitors market trends and conducts competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices.
