Qualifications

• Strong budget management and financial planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Sit on-site as executive for all operations and stakeholder communications.
• Lead directors, supervise staff, and maintain training and morale.
• Ensure high resident satisfaction through quality services.
• Develop and implement sales and operations strategies in line with company goals.
