Job summary

The Retreat at Ladys Island, part of Phoenix Senior Living, is seeking an Executive Director to lead operations at the community level. You will drive financial performance, oversee staff, and ensure resident and family satisfaction while aligning with Phoenix policies and state/federal regulations.

Ownership of the Sales & Marketing process to maximize revenue and market position is a key component, with direct reporting to the Director of Operations and/or COO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years General Manager/Administrator experience or 5–10 years senior living management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Valid driver’s license and facility operations credentials as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to and enforces OSHA regulations and safety procedures.
• Reviews and interprets monthly financial reports and provides explanations of budget variances to management.
• Owns Sales & Marketing to maximize revenue and market position; represents the community publicly and with stakeholders.
• Leads staff, ensures resident and family satisfaction, and ensures compliance with Phoenix policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manages budget and operational performance to maintain profitability and service quality.
