Job summary

The Retreat at Ladys Island in Ladys Island, SC is seeking an Executive Director to join their team. The role reports to the Director of Operations and/or COO and leads hands-on community operations.

You will own the P&L, drive financial performance, manage staff, and ensure resident and family satisfaction while steering sales and marketing to maximize revenue and occupancy within applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years GM/Administrator experience or 5–10 years Senior Living with management experience.
• Experience in operations, finance, and staff leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hands-on operations at the community level.
• Manage profit and loss and financial performance.
• Lead employees and ensure resident and family satisfaction.
• Own sales and marketing processes to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
