Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director for Normandy Farms Estates to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, manage the budget, and safeguard the delivery of daily services to residents.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a retirement community management role; current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license is preferred; proven experience with supervisory and budget responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in retirement community management.
• Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license preferred.
• Experience with supervisory and budget responsibilities in a CCRC setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Assume budgetary responsibility and manage resources.
• Maintain appearance and operations of the physical plant.
• Safeguard provisioning of daily services to residents.
