Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director for Normandy Farms Estates to lead day-to-day community operations. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage the budget, and uphold the facility's appearance and services for residents.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and supervisory experience in a retirement setting; NHA license preferred. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a retirement community management role.
• NHA license preferred.
• Experience with supervisory and budgetary responsibilities in a CCRC setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
• Assume budgetary responsibility and monitor expenditures.
• Maintain appearance and operations of the physical plant.
• Safeguard provisioning of all daily services to residents in line with our mission.
