Job summary

Harbor Retirement Associates, LLC is seeking an Executive Director to lead an Assisted Living, Memory Care, and related communities in Florida. You will ensure high-quality resident care within budgetary guidelines while maintaining regulatory compliance and embodying our CORE Values through servant leadership.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage relationships with residents, families, and regulatory bodies across IL/AL/SNF settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare leadership preferred.
• ECC/CORE Training and CRCF certifications as applicable.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to supervise diverse teams.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for IL/AL/SNF facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops resident relations programs and solicits feedback from residents, families, and others to maintain and/or improve hospitality and services.
• Establishes effective relationships with other department heads to ensure high-quality resident care and inter-departmental cooperation.
• Oversees nursing services (if applicable) to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Monitors resident care daily; conducts rounds; implements QA programs for all departments.
• Maintains awareness of and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Directs facility management of the community and safety/loss prevention programs.
• Leads resident/family conferences to review changes in services and moves.
• Manages the community budget and cost controls; participates in P&L discussions.
