Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director/NHA to oversee the complete administration of a retirement community. The role includes ensuring compliance with all regulations, managing budgets, and maintaining operations of the facilities serving residents.

The candidate must hold a valid Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license and demonstrate progressive supervisory and budgetary experience in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within a retirement community or similar environment in a management position, preferably as a Nursing Home Administrator
• Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license is required
• Experience should show progressively increasing supervisory and budgetary responsibilities within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting

Aufgaben

• Oversee the complete administration of a retirement community and ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations
• Act as public relations liaison with the greater community
• Maintain budgetary responsibility and oversee the physical plant operations
• Direct daily administration of healthcare services across OakBridge Terrace and WillowBrooke Court under governance and corporate guidance
