Job summary

FellowshipLIFE Inc is seeking an Executive Director in Hackettstown, NJ to lead a large Life Plan Community. You will oversee operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, resident experience, and strategic growth, reporting to CEO and collaborating with corporate leadership.

The role requires 7+ years of senior leadership in relevant settings, LNHA or CALA, and a demonstrated ability to drive accountability, culture, and high performance across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in senior living, healthcare operations, or similar complex service environments.
• LNHA or CALA required.
• Experience leading multi-department operations with budgets, staffing, and compliance.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, census management.
• Experience driving accountability and culture change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall community operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction and growth.
• Partner with CEO, CFO and corporate leadership to drive operational excellence.
• Direct senior operational leaders and coordinate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR and Operations.
• Lead capital improvements, renovations and amenity enhancements.
• Support occupancy and sales through strong execution and effective turnover management.
