Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director for Normandy Farms Estates to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations, manage the budget, and safeguard the delivery of daily services to residents.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a retirement community management role; current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license is preferred; proven experience with supervisory and budget responsibilities

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Executive Director position at our Normandy Farms Estates location!

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community. Specific responsibilities include assuring compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations, assuming budgetary responsibility, maintaining the appearance and operations of the physical plant, and safeguard provisioning of all daily services to residents consistent our mission statement and vision.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within a retirement community or similar environment in a management position, preferably as a Nursing Home Administrator
• Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license is preferred
• Experience should show progressively increasing supervisory and budgetary responsibilities within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting

Pay Range

$147,465.00 - $179,758.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
