Cogir Senior Living in the United States seeks an Executive Director to oversee all community operations, ensure high quality care, and maintain financial stability. The role requires leading directors and staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building strong relationships with residents, families, and partnerships.

Responsibilities include budgeting, strategic planning, sales and operations alignment, and maintaining policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and supervisory experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Must be a Licensed Administrator in good standing and meet applicable license requirements.
• Minimum 5 years in progressive leadership in senior living operations; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong budget management and financial planning skills; ability to monitor and optimize budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations and act as the primary contact for staff, residents, and community partners.
• Lead and motivate department directors, supervise staff, and maintain morale and training.
• Ensure high resident satisfaction through delivery of high-quality services.
• Develop and implement community sales and operations strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and compliance with laws and policies.
• Maintain policies, licenses, and relationships with Cogir Senior Living corporate.
