Job summary

Cogir Senior Living seeks an Executive Director to oversee daily operations of a senior living community. You will guide budgeting, staffing, care quality, and regulatory compliance while fostering strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and local partners.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field, a valid administrator license, and at least 5 years in progressive leadership within senior living.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services preferred or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Licensed Administrator (if required by state) in good standing.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living or healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site executive for all operations and staff.
• Lead budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning for the community.
• Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee staffing, training, and morale across departments.
• Build relationships with residents, families, staff, and external partners.
