Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Relationship Managers across client portfolios.

• Oversee portfolio management, reporting, and achievement of business objectives.
• Drive collaboration across the GCB TMT organization and cross-team initiatives.
• Support complex negotiations, client retention, and strategic consulting engagements.
• Directly manage select high-value client relationships to drive payments optimization.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver unified client support and product initiatives.
