Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Jersey City seeks an Associate Relationship Manager to oversee a portfolio of global large corporate clients within the Technology, Media & Telecoms sector, collaborating with the bank coverage team and JPMorgan Payments Treasury Services to ensure seamless service.

You will maintain strong executive relationships, drive profitability through re-contracting and cross-sell, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver strategic payments solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience supporting commercial objectives, client management, and day-to-day operations.
• Demonstrated ability to grow and retain client relationships through effective use of relationship management and client consulting skills.
• Strong MS Office Suite skill set with a high emphasis in Excel and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated ability to work across cultures with internal teams and external clients with professionalism.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve firm-wide business objectives, including the annual revenue plan at target margins; by maintaining and growing existing relationships, identifying incremental business and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
• Execute sales/support strategies in conjunction with other lines of business to optimize product and service delivery
• Act as a principal point of contact to internal partners and the primary contact for the client relationship on behalf of Merchant Services
• Establish and maintain strong internal partnerships with JPMorganChase coverage teams through ongoing collaboration
• Implement and support ongoing client strategy and cross-sell opportunities with JPMorgan Payments, Treasury Services
• Understand client needs by applying a strategic, consultative selling approach to cultivate payments optimization strategies and develop product recommendations
• Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews and analysis on strategic client relationships and proposals to expand business
• Participate in external industry conferences to elevate market visibility for JPMorgan within the identified market segment
• Create, maintain and execute personal development plans via internal and external sources
