Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in relationship management or sales with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams toward ambitious goals.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution skills for complex portfolios.
• Extensive experience working with C-suite clients, especially Fortune 500.
• Excellent collaboration and influencing skills across stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the payment processing industry, acquiring, or merchant services.
• Proficient with standard office software and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Relationship Managers across client portfolios.
• Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and support professional growth.
• Oversee portfolio management, reporting, and data integrity.
• Foster collaboration within the team and across GCB TMT to share best practices.
• Support negotiations with clients and retention strategies for key relationships.
• Contribute to strategic direction and cross-team process improvements.
• Directly manage select high-value client relationships to drive payments optimization.
• Partner with internal departments to deliver high-quality client support.
