Portland Recovery Community Center (PRCC) seeks an Executive Director with lived recovery experience to lead statewide efforts and advance its mission to support people affected by addiction. The role directs strategy, programs, and finances while serving as the organization’s primary ambassador and fundraiser.

The ED will work with the board to develop robust plans, build community partnerships, and promote best practices in recovery support.

Formación

• Significant senior management experience in a nonprofit setting.
• Lived experience in recovery and alignment with PRCC’s mission.
• Strong fundraising and donor relationship skills.
• Knowledge of recovery community organizations and best practices.
• Ability to lead multigenerational teams and work with a board.
• Fiscal management, budgeting, and reporting proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for PRCC.
• Oversee finances, programs, and operations while maintaining mission alignment.
• Serve as the primary spokesperson and lead fundraiser.
• Develop and implement a multifaceted development plan to expand support.
• Engage with stakeholders, legislators, media, and the public to advance the mission.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management across the organization.
