BriteLife Recovery is seeking an experienced Executive Director to oversee an SUD treatment facility, ensuring top-quality patient care and strategic direction. The role requires collaboration with facility leadership and corporate partners, aligning with the mission and core values of the organization.

The Executive Director will guide operations, compliance, staffing, and fiscal performance while fostering a supportive, growth-oriented environment for staff and clients alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with five years of administrative or supervisor experience OR Master's Degree with two years of administrative or supervisory experience in a licensed substance abuse treatment facility.
• Proficiency in reviewing performance data to measure productivity and identify cost reductions and program improvements.
• Ability to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations, functions and activities of a Substance Use Disorder Treatment facility to deliver excellent patient care.
• Lead and inspire the leadership team; communicate effectively and be flexible in leadership style.
• Coordinate activities across department directors, supervisors and corporate staff to achieve facility goals.
• Establish and maintain policies, goals, objectives and procedures in collaboration with corporate leadership.
• Ensure staff orientation, education and supervision is timely and effective.
• Participate in staffing needs assessment and coordinate HR/credentialing checks.
