Job summary

Kingdom Builders Transitional Housing Program DBA Oakland Dream Center 3 is seeking an Executive Director to lead strategic direction, operations, and finances for housing and re‑entry support services. The ED will collaborate with the CEO, staff, board, and community partners to advance the mission and ensure high‑quality programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or Non-Profit Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in non-profit management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successful fundraising and financial management.
• Strong strategic planning, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to social justice, equity, and inclusion.

• Oversee daily operations and program implementation.
