Riverside Community Care is seeking a Program Director for Connect2Recovery in the Greater Boston area. The role directs daily operations, ensures quality of care, and oversees contracts, billing and financial management to sustain program services.

The ideal candidate has recovery-oriented leadership experience, manages a multidisciplinary team, and drives integration with the wider service system. It is a full-time, on-site position with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle.
• Moderate to advanced proficiency with computers and digital systems, including Microsoft Office applications, electronic health records, data tracking tools, and web-based platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and participate in daily operation of the program ensuring quality of care and appropriate staffing.
• Oversee program contracts, third-party billing and authorization processes, and the program’s financial management.
