RPM Living is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead property management excellence across our portfolio. You will drive operational efficiency, financial performance, and strategic alignment while mentoring Regional Vice Presidents and site teams.

In this hybrid role, you will oversee budgets, CAPEX programs, compliance, and client relations, shaping programs and processes to enhance property performance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate management or related field.
• 8–10 years in property management leadership, including 6–7 years in senior regional leadership.
• 3rd party management experience.
• Business development experience is a must.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Skilled in analytics and strategic planning.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrada and Revenue Management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property performance to ensure alignment with RPM standards and drive improvements in maintenance and resident satisfaction.
• Streamline processes and enforce SOPs to improve efficiency and reduce costs across properties.
• Monitor compliance with operational standards and procedures.
• Engage with clients to discuss financial performance, CAPEX programs, and adjustments.
• Review client issues and support growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop a team of Regional Vice Presidents and support staff.
• Prepare and review annual budgets and approve expenditures and income opportunities.
• Review financial reports and manage cash and procurement compliance.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and mitigate risk.
