Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive purchasing or supply chain leadership in a global manufacturing environment.
• Automotive aftermarket or OEM experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead transformation and influence executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year global purchasing strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Own material cost savings, sourcing productivity, and working-capital performance.
• Lead global category and supplier strategies optimizing total cost, quality and risk.
• Build and manage a resilient, global supplier base with governance and reviews.
• Lead negotiations and major agreements with contract governance and supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance on NPI, value engineering, and cost targets.
• Strengthen supplier risk management, continuity planning, and alternate sourcing.
• Establish governance, processes, analytics, and reporting for visibility and accountability.
• Develop a high-performing global purchasing team and succession plans.
