Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or PharmD preferred.
• Recent payer account management experience across regional, government, or national accounts (4+ years).
• Pricing/contracting experience with a focus on contract optimization (3+ years).
• Proven ability to close profitable deals with managed care and government payers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary interface with payers, plans, and benefit decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• Lead partnership and executive-level interactions between account and BMS.
• Oversee strategic account management and contract optimization across U.S. portfolio.
