Job summary

S&B USA Concessions seeks a highly experienced Head of Development to lead and facilitate growth across US P3 transactions. The role emphasizes evaluating opportunities, structuring deals, and coordinating with clients, financiers, and legal teams to secure successful outcomes.

Based in the US, the Head of Development will manage cross-functional teams, prepare strategic materials, and ensure compliance with contracting and financing models across roads, transit, rail, bridges, airports, and

Qualifications

• Ten (10) or more years of substantial and relevant transactional experience in infrastructure, transportation, public procurement, and public/private finance matters.
• Degree in Business, Law, Finance, Economics or Engineering.
• Deep knowledge of contracting models and financing structures and ability to navigate US P3 regulations.
• Exceptional drafting, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills for client interactions.
• Familiarity with project agreements, construction agreements and credit support documentation.
• Experience supporting and administering corporate documentation and risk policies.

Responsibilities

• Leading and directing bid development activities for pursuing opportunities in the US P3 market.
• Managing and coordinating review and negotiation of investment documentation such as concession, design and construction, financing, and shareholder agreements.
• Facilitating internal project and investment proposals, coordinating approvals with risk and investment committees.
• Preparing board materials and internal presentations for legal and commercial activities.
• Liaising with clients, partners, financiers, and advisors for active and future opportunities.
