Job summary

Plenary Americas seeks a seasoned executive to lead the Project Finance & Commercial function within the Development Services unit. You will drive financial structuring, revenue forecasting, and strategic financing for a range of infrastructure projects, including P3 structures, while coordinating with development and legal teams to optimize value creation.

Qualifications

Excellent presentation, writing, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with structured debt and equity financing and cash flow models.
Familiarity with P3 structures and project finance concepts.

Responsibilities

Lead financial and commercial structuring of development-stage public infrastructure projects.
Develop revenue forecasts, business cases, and feasibility analyses.
Oversee cash flow models for P3 and private development structures.
Lead funding strategies including grants and government lending programs.
Negotiate commercial terms with contract counterparties and coordinate with legal teams.
Prepare financing plans, credit term sheets, and funding applications.
Draft financial and commercial sections of proposals and board materials.
