Pasadena Villa Outpatient in McLean, VA, seeks an Executive Director to lead an outpatient program offering Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization services. The role directs daily operations, ensures clinical excellence, and partners with regional leadership to meet strategic goals.

The Executive Director will oversee multidisciplinary teams, drive quality, compliance, and growth while maintaining client-centered care across the program and network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in behavioral health or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in behavioral healthcare.
• Active Virginia license preferred (LCSW/LMSW/LMFT).

Responsabilités

• Provide executive leadership and supervision to the outpatient practice.
• Collaborate with network leadership on new business development and outreach.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, accreditation, contracts, and state/federal laws.
• Monitor performance indicators and drive continuous improvement in patient care.
