The role requires a Master’s Degree and 5+ years in behavioral health, with licensure in TN preferred. Strong leadership, collaboration, and regulatory experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with licensure preferred (LCSW/LPC/MHSP/LMFT or related).
• Experience in behavioral health care and leadership in outpatient settings.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards.
