Pasadena Villa Outpatient in McLean, VA seeks an Executive Director to lead the outpatient practice delivering Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP). You will supervise staff, coordinate operations, ensure clinical excellence, and align with organizational goals.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least 5 years in behavioral health, with Virginia licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required; 5+ years’ related behavioral health experience.
• Active Virginia license preferred (LCSW/LMSW/LMFT) to practice in state.
