Job summary
Pasadena Villa Outpatient seeks an Executive Director to lead the ongoing development and operations of an Outpatient Practice delivering Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP). The role provides clinical oversight, ensuring patient-centered, evidence-based care across the program and collaborates with leaders organization-wide.
Qualified candidates will have a Master’s in Healthcare, a current Ohio license (LISW/IMFT/LPCC), and at least 5 years in
Qualifications
- Master’s degree and at least 5 years in behavioral health.
- Licensed in Ohio as LISW, IMFT, or LPCC.
- Leadership experience in outpatient or similar setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee outpatient IOP/PHP program operations.
- Lead staff and ensure clinical oversight aligned with mission.
- Ensure compliance with licensure, accreditation, and laws.
- Promote patient-centered care and service excellence.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and network support teams.
- Monitor KPIs and drive quality improvement.
- Oversee admissions and patient experience.
