Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient in Blue Ash, OH, seeks an Executive Director to lead the outpatient IOP and PHP programs, providing clinical oversight and coordinating operations. You will report to the network leadership and guide staff to deliver evidence-based, client-centered care.

The role requires a Master’s in behavioral health and an LISW/LPCC license in Ohio, with at least 5 years of related leadership experience in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Licensure as LISW or LPCC in Ohio is required.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight across the outpatient program (IOP/PHP).
• Lead day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with licensure and accreditation.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to meet organizational goals.
• Drive quality improvement and KPI monitoring.
• Develop staffing plans and supervise team performance.
• Foster patient-centered, evidence-based care across the program.
