Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and leadership experience in behavioral health.
• Licensed to practice in Ohio (LISW/IMFT/LPCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outpatient program operations, IOP and PHP, with clinical oversight.
• Collaborate with network leadership to achieve strategic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, accreditation, contracts, and laws.
• Promote staff development, teamwork, and high-quality client care.
