JW Marriott Anaheim Resort, part of HEI Hotels and Resorts, seeks an experienced housekeeping leader to supervise guest room and public area cleanliness, staffing, and inventory. You will manage labor costs, develop budgets, and coordinate with other departments to uphold service excellence.

Requirements include 5+ years in management, including 3+ years in housekeeping management, and strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of management experience, with at least 3 years in housekeeping management.
• Experience managing in-house laundry operations.
• Thorough knowledge of all housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Able to work with other department leaders and resolve conflicts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, safety programs and budgeting.

Mansioni

• Plan, organize, and monitor staff workload to meet cleanliness standards.
• Develop housekeeping and laundry budgets and control expenses.
• Schedule labor to match occupancy, F&B activity, and events.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff when needed.
• Ensure SOP compliance and OSHA guidelines across the department.
