Job summary

Chick-fil-A McHenry seeks an Executive Director to lead a high-capacity leadership team focused on people and performance. This role drives growth, protects the brand, and mentors leaders while ensuring top-notch operations and guest care.

You will be hands-on and on the floor at least 30 hours weekly, while also working on the restaurant’s strategic direction, systems, and profitability. CHAMPS values guide daily leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Operational leader with hands-on focus (minimum 30 hours on the floor).
• Proven ability to organize systems, develop leaders, and manage profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual sales growth through operational excellence, catering, and partnerships.
• Mentor and coach leaders with 90-day plans for growth.
• Maintain food safety, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction across the big 5 metrics.
• Build a strong leadership bench and future leaders across the restaurant.
• Manage labor, expenses, and margins to support profitability.
• Recognize and reward team members, foster a growth-oriented culture.
