Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of two to four years related leadership experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid administrator license in states where required; valid driver license and private vehicle for business use.
• Experience overseeing operations, budgeting, and resident care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and supervise staff across departments.
• Lead budgeting, staffing, and occupancy initiatives to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Represent Brookdale with residents, families, and community partners.
