Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (B.S.N.) from a four-year college; RN license required.
• Minimum of five to seven years in geriatric health care.
• Experience with elderly care and aging health issues preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic clinical oversight of day-to-day skilled nursing operations.
• Support Executive Directors, Healthcare Administrators and regional teams.
• Ensure quality care, staff development and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee regulatory compliance including survey readiness and Plans of Correction.
• Conduct regular quality audits and site visits per Brookdale standards.
