Brookdale is seeking an Executive Director for Delaware communities to oversee daily operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and a compassionate, high‑quality environment for seniors.

This leadership role requires directing staff, maintaining resident satisfaction, managing annual budgets, meeting state regulations, and partnering with district and regional leaders to grow occupancy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of two to four years related leadership experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have a valid administrator license in states where required.
• Must have a valid driver license and access to a private vehicle for business use.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all operations, acting as primary contact for staff, residents, families, and partners.
• Lead staff development, supervision, and staffing coverage across the community.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets; monitor variances.
• Ensure buildings, grounds, and regulatory compliance meet Brookdale standards.
• Drive resident satisfaction and retention through high-quality services.
• Utilize sales and marketing activities to maximize occupancy and revenue.
