Job summary

Brookdale is seeking a facilities leader to manage operations for a large senior housing and healthcare campus. You will oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and safety programs while directing supervisors and frontline staff to ensure high-quality resident environments.

The role requires strong budgeting, project management, and regulatory compliance skills, with focus on life safety, vendor relations, and cross-team collaboration. Experience in senior living is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five to seven years progressively responsible experience in a multi-building campus.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent education required.
• Degree in engineering or related field a plus.
• Experience in senior living strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for physical plant operations of large senior housing and healthcare campus.
• Leads and directs a team of supervisors and frontline associates.
• Ensures compliance in mechanical, electrical, fire & safety, plumbing, and waste management.
