Qualifications

Seven plus years of lending or credit support experience with a focus on business relationships.
Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
Proven ability to engage with CEOs and CFOs.
Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent organizational skills with prioritization and deadlines.
Strong market knowledge and local connections.
FINRA Series 79, 63 and SIE licenses required or to be obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

Act as a primary interface with the Mid-Cap Investment Banking Team.
Acquire new clients and deepen a portfolio of relationships.
Interface between the financial sponsors team and portfolio companies.
Grow and retain profitable relationships within the Mid-Corporate Banking market.
Champion a culture of innovation and customer-centric service.
Stay current with industry trends to identify opportunities.
Improve efficiency through automation while leveraging new tech.
