Qualifications

Advanced degree in life sciences or related field; senior leadership experience in pharma/biotech.
10+ years of progressive experience with 5+ years in medical communications and digital engagement.
Proven expertise in scientific narrative development and multi-TA communications.
Deep knowledge of publications, medical education, content development, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead integration of Medical Communications Excellence and Medical Digital Engagement into a unified, high-performing team.
Serve as enterprise center of excellence and strategic advisor to TA-embedded Medical Communications leads.
Define enterprise standards for scientific narrative development and measurement frameworks.
Drive omnichannel digital strategies including AI-enabled tools and data-driven engagement.
