Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Director of Medical Communications in Princeton, NJ to lead strategic executive communications for Global Medical Affairs, guiding messages across internal and external channels and elevating the company’s scientific leadership.

You will partner with the SVP and Medical Leadership Team to drive integrated communications, provide executive counsel, and advance Medical’s priorities through high-impact communications across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 12 years of communications experience, with a demonstrated track record in executive communications, internal and external communications strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
Experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, or a related medical science business required.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Designs and delivers integrated internal and external communications strategies.
Advises senior leaders with executive communications counsel.
Drives strategic narrative for Global Medical across channels.
Collaborates with corporate affairs and medical teams to align messaging.
Oversees content across SharePoint, Yammer, and other platforms.
